The great majority of international infrastructure construction projects undertaken worldwide are using the 1999 FIDIC Contracts or the World Banks modified version.
ACE is presenting a two day intensive course in partnership with FIDIC and experienced provider, ECV, in London at the ICE on the 5-6 March 2012. This will give ACE members the opportunity to invest in their staffs understanding of the practical use of these Contracts, both Construction and Design-Build
The course is delivered by experienced international engineers and is very interactive giving all delegates a thorough grounding in application of the Clauses with extensive work exercises set in practical project scenarios. The course is suitable for engineers, architects, lawyers, quantity surveyors & financial/project administration professionals.
